About Simple Practice
Simple Practice is a management software program that allows me to go fully virtual, in-office, or anywhere in-between. Integrated with telehealth, online appointment requests, paperless intakes, and more. Rest assure that Simple Practice is a secure, HIPPA compliant, EHR (electronic health records) portal. All written records are kept confidential and secure through Simple Practice.
How do I get started?
When you are ready to make an appointment, simply click on the "contact me" tab and fill out the form. I will follow-up with you and gather information to set you up as an existing client. Once you are setup, I will send basic intake forms to your email using a one-time secure access link. When you click on that link, you will immediately see all of the forms that you will need to be complete. Once everything is turned in, we can set-up your first appointment.
The link expired. What now?
As an added layer of security, all links expire within 24 hours. Not to worry, you can request access at any time by clicking on the client link at https://renewedpurposecounselingservices.clientsecure.me/
please take time to bookmark the site. Once there, select "existing client" and input your email address. The access link will be sent to your inbox. It is that simple! There is no need for a user name or password.

- Simple Practice is HIPAA compliant, which means your privacy is 100% guaranteed. Your records are secure.
- Video sessions can also take place through the client portal. Upon registering as an existing client, you will see your appointment time. To attend the appointment simply use a device with a camera, screen, your vision and audio features. To use video conferencing on the client portal, simply click on your appointment and then click on “start session”. Video sessions are available only for Texas residents.
- Clients have a secure inbox. Electronic mailings can take place through the client portal between you and Dr. Ward.
- Counseling sessions can be paid through your Simple Practice account.
